Artigiano London Description
Artigiano, situated in a leafy North London suburb, is the best in Italian élan. Uncluttered and soaked in chrome and glass with a stunning lighting scheme, the restaurant has turned the dining experience into a style statement.
Shining like a jewel after dark, thanks to amazing lighting that illuminates the glass frontage with a slowly revolving rainbow of colours, Artigiano brings a new level of style to Belsize Village, a fume-free and private alternative to Hampstead.
Opened at the end of 1998, its premises have been gutted and extended by designer Tony Thomas, with glass canopies front and back giving masses of light during the day and Colorflow lighting, by Atmospheric design, creating a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings.
Colorflow lighting is a system that has been discreetly used at Artigiano, both to advertise the restaurant from the outside and to create an ambience of warmth within. The design is thoroughly contemporary and uncluttered, with great use of colour, light and space - the glass frontage folds away to open the restaurant up to create an al-fresco dining experience on warm summer evenings.
