Costa's Grill London Description

Costas Grill was Established in 1957 by Mr and Mrs Costa. It was the first Greek Restaurant to open in Notting Hill Gate and one of the first Greek Restaurants to open in London.

Initially consisting of just one room, Costas Grill quickly became a favourite of local residents and eventually expanded to include a further two rooms and a garden restaurant.

Costas Grill is a restaurant that serves its customers some of the best Greek Cuisine in London at some of the most reasonable prices.

Customer Reviews for Costa's Grill

“I don't know the Grill but I absolutely LOVE Costa's fish & chip shop just next door. I've been living in the area for more than 10 years and if you are loooking for good old fish & chips to eat in or take away this is the place. The owner is always happy to chat and the prices are excellent value. Definitely worth a visit especially when the weather cools off and you fancy comfort food.”

“Being Greek, I didn’t think I would find anywhere in London that served proper Greek food, but the food was extremely good, I went with my family who all seemed to think the same. It was just like being back in Greece again, good Greek traditional food, well priced and good value for money! The staff were extremely friendly too! Granted that the decor may be a bit dated but this does not affect the quality of the food or the service! This family run restaurant has been around since well before any of the modern restaurants in London... a nice, friendly, well run family restaurant which is well worth going to! Bear in mind if you are going at night or the weekend…..you will probably have to book a table because it gets quite busy from my experience….give it a try!”

Loved

"Great traditional pub on the back streets of Kensington. Busy on a Thursday night and only £2.60 for a pint of Doom! Can't get much better than that in London these days...." Which venue is this?

Hated

"Long story short: Upper Street branch, crappy, rude service. Waited forever for our drinks. We had to before the next table arrives, but it took them so long to print the damn bill, we wasted another half..." Which venue is this?
