Cross Keys London Review
So this is what happened to Sgt Pepper. You'd have to be blind to miss the Cross Keys. The shrubery is clearly visible from either end of Endell Street.
Inside isn't much different, there's stuff everywhere, most of it an ode to the late John Lennon and his merry band of liverpudlians, but a lot of it just seems to be brass trumpets and teapots.
When the crowds arrive after work this place becomes pretty busy, in the summer you can spill out on to the street, the wide pavement has room for a couple of garden tables but mostly it'll be standing room only.
There is a function room which can handle up to 30 and is available for pivate hire. The prices are normal and the range of drinks is what you'd expect.
We arrived on a monday evening at about 8pm, there was a fairly relaxed atmosphere and enough room to sit down. We only stopped for one but in an evening of reviewing bars in the area this was definitely a highlight.
