Fino Restaurant London Description
Fino is a Spanish Tapas Restaurant and Bar, located just off Charlotte Street in the heart of London's West End. Their aim is to provide top quality Tapas, using the best ingredients they can obtain, in stylish surroundings and with friendly efficient service.
Fino is the brainchild of Sam and Eddie Hart, two young brothers and hispanophiles, who, due to their love of Spanish food and upbringing in the restaurant industry, have the perfect background for bringing fabulous Tapas to London. Their Head Chef, Jean Phillipe Patruno, who trained at the 3 Michelin Star Chez Nico, has been with Fino from the start. He works tirelessly in saucing the best ingredients from the UK and Spain. Their restaurant manager is David Kelly. David has worked his way up through the different departments at Fino and now runs the restaurant.
Fino is right in the heart of Central London and is very easy to get to by taxi. The nearest Underground stations are Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road.
