Kensington Place Restaurant & Bar London Description

Opened in 1987, Kensington Place continues to produce deliciously inventive, unpretentious food at reasonable prices in an ambience that is buzzy and fun. Rowley Leigh was the Chef at Kensington Place when it opened and he continues to work his magic there to his day. Many regard Leigh to be the architect of contemporary cooking in Britain. Kensington Place's wine list is eclectic and wide ranging. It includes a large amount of affordable wines as well as those classics from Burgandy, Bordeaux and the New World. Experts will find the list of full of famous and obscure wines at incredibly fair prices. Kensington Place Opening Hours: Mon-Sun noon-3.30pm 6.30-11.45pm (Sun 6.30pm-10.15pm)

Always a pleasure coming here to eat. Food is fantastic, wine is expertly chosen and service is just what you would expect in Kensington. This restaurant gets the big thumbs up from me.”
