My Old Dutch opening in Kenisngton
My Old Dutch restaurants have been serving traditional Dutch pancakes in London since 1958. To celebrate our 50th birthday we are delighted to announce that we are spreading our wings and opening up a new branch at 16 Kensington Church Street W8 4EP.
Our Kensington branch joins our existing Holborn, Chelsea and the now franchised Ealing sites.
My Old Dutch specializes in serving 14” savoury and sweet Dutch pancakes. Dutch pancakes differ from the French crepe in that they are thicker and therefore able to have various ingredients cooked within the batter. Toppings include smoked duck breast, chilli, chicken curry, Halal lamb stew and we boast a large selection of vegetarian options. While the sweet pancakes offer more commonly known combinations such as caramelized banana and cream, lemon and sugar, chocolate sauce and ice-cream.
Our menus and restaurants are child friendly with an array of milkshakes, smoothies and sweet pancakes to entice all.
Our drinks list goes further with a extensive list of beers such as Grolsch, Heineken, Amstel, Leffe and Hoegarden and a few less known but equally tasty beers like Fruili – fruit flavoured beers, the brutally alcoholic Duvel (8.5%) and of course Vedett.
