Tartine London Description
Tartine first opened in April 2002 on Draycott Avenue, London SW3, with the aim of introducing a new and exciting concept into the restaurant world.
The tartine concept is based on the traditional French dish known as a ‘tartine’. A tartine is similar in style to the Italian bruschetta and they are ideal as a main course or shared ‘tapas’ style. At tartine they use Poilâne; a famous French sourdough bread that is made daily at their Belgravia bakery. The bread is lightly toasted with olive oil and served with delicious seasonal ingredients and a fresh house salad.
Alongside their tartines they also serve a variety of soups, salads, pasta, meat and fish dishes. At Tartine they offer fresh, great quality and good value food. They also have a vibrant and affordable wine list, premium brand spirits, beers and soft drinks, specially blended and roasted coffee and freshly squeezed juices.
Tartine is perfect for coffee, brunch, a light lunch, afternoon tea, early evening cocktails or a relaxed dinner.
