I went to jetlag on a saturday night and met with some friends who lived in the area. i have to say, despite being a little quiet i really enjoyed myself. you can 6 cocktails for 25 pounds on an 'around the world' cocktails ticket. its absolutely brilliant. then on completion u can get one free. so 6 altogether. if you're like me and like to have decent conversation, its a good place to go cos the music isn't too loud either. we had a great time. Just had a terrible experience in the Bridge. It's a lovely space but the service was appalling. First the manager didn't show us to our table; just waved in the general direction of where he wanted us to sit. After waiting for 45 minutes following ordering my partner asked for an update on when our food was coming. After ten minutes no one had bothered coming to speak to us; so I enquired again. Finally we were told our waitress had forgotten to give our order to the chef. What annoyed us was not that the waitress had forgotten - these things do happen; it was that no one had bothered to communicate with us and we had to chase and chase them. Finally to add insult to injury we were not even offered a complimentary meal or even a complimentary drink! I have rarely encountered such poor service and it's a shame because it is a lovely pub to be inside. Very disappointed. Joanna Stewart, Barnes 07 Feb 10
