Simply put, The Culvert is the ONLY gay and lesbian pub in the Uxbridge area. We've been here for 2 years now, and still going strong! With fantastic cabaret, barmy bingo, cookie's karaoke, and great drinks prices, The Culvert has something for absolutely everybody!

This a great pub with a friendly atmosphere but sadly it's closing it's doors for the last time as a pub, at 2am 10th August 2009, to make way for a restaurant. We need to keep this pub open so please sign our petition. (Google "Culvert Petition" to find it).
The Culvert isn't just a pub, it's a community, and for many, it's a lifeline from an isolated world where they can have fun and be themselves.”

I love this pub - it has a warm and friendly atmosphere and great party nights in the weekend. Good music, fantastic cabarets. And fantastic BBQs.

It is an ok out of town venue. I have been several times and usually enjoy myself with the people I go with. I have found it very quiet in the week, but busy at weekends. I generally found more of a lesbian following than gay. Although I am very local I don't tend to go too often as I have found drinks to be so expensive here and can be quite a clicky crowd. I would rather go into a Central London venue with more room, varied crowd, buzz and atmosphere and more drinks offers. ”

The culvert is a great gay venue situated near uxbidge. Excellent food (Sunday lunch a real treat). The venue is friendly with a mixture of gay gals and guys of all ages. Everyone made to feel welcome. Great atmosphere and entertainment. Open late with friendly staff.”
